Information

VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

kwaka0211 New Member Last Online: Oct 11th, 2019 19:50 Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: barlborough	Hu 850 radio replacement Hi Everyone It's over 10 years since I was last on this forum so I guess it shows just how well Volvo's are (were) built. My '54 plate S60 radio has died - the CD works perfectly but the radio just scans through all frequencies without 'latching on'. The aerial has been checked and found to be fine. The unit in question is a HU-850. Replacements on Ebay are an unbelievable £250 - £300!!! So my question is - are there any other units that drop straight in? I recall that someone said the single CD model HU-650 is compatible. Can anyone confirm please? If I can get a working radio, my HU-850 will become free to a good home. Thanks in anticipation.
