Default engine tick over problem

Hi there
does anybody know if there is a known problem with v70 01 reg 2.3 t5 with a
tick over problem
Its ok when cold when revs are higher but soon has the engine warms up and revs drop down(choke off ) it starts juddering (hunting i think the word is) you can feel it on the door panel steering wheel etc ,
it seems ok when driving , I put a set of plugs in today just in case it was a plug breaking down when they get hot ,But didnt do much still the same i have tryed changing the coil packs from my old engine but no luck again ??still the same
could it be a air flow sensor or the throttle body causing this problem ,
please can any body help me to solve this problem THANKS RONNIE:
