S70 wiper delay relay
So I tried to add the VW relay so I could adjust my intermittent wiper. I bought a relay with the following numbers
#321 9556 531a While the relay fit the socket, the wipers would do nothing in this position. With this relay I also lost the wiper park feature. Is this the right relay & I just got a bad one? Thanks.

From a quick Google it seems your relay is number 19, not 99. Whilst both are wiper relays, its 99 you need as only it is the programmable one.
The part number of the 99 relay I put in my car has part number 357955531.

Seems like that part number is only available in Europe.

Here in Portland, Oregon it rains a lot. Definitly want to get this done before autumn arrives.

Simple solution would be to search us sites for said 99 relay. FCP Euro list a brand new part under that exact part number, and you can also search for P/N: 3B0955531.
Heres the FCP Euro part, complete with OE numbers you can use to find a used one if you desire. https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/vol...-kae-3b0955531

Just an update. Installed the relay I bought from FCP & is not working. The wipers will not adjust. They seem to be at 5 seconds no matter what I do.

Quote:
With mine, if I cancel the swipe one the downstroke or after a complete stroke it wont set. Secondly, and even more silly, have you put it into the correct slot and not the rear wiper relay slot.
