Default Wind Back Adapter

Does anyone have a link for the adapter to wind the rear caliper pistons in? I have a set with multiple fittings but none of them are correct.

Tried the pliars trick but I need to put more pressure on them to get it in.

Thanks

I've had something similar to this, and it has served me well over the years

Thanks, I've got one very similar to that, not enough information sadly to determine if that contains the correct adapter.

I have the set with various size adapters but found the correct size is the one on the tool itself without putting on additional plates.

Hope that makes sense.
