I believe the 5 stud Peugeot wheels are the right fitment, from the likes of the 607

Funny - I've just been looking at this for my 142!
There are many, many 16" steel wheels that share the PCD 5 x 108 and the bore 65.1mm, and as mentioned above, Peugeot 407 is one of those. However, I chose not to get those wheels as the offset is quite considerably different: the Volvo offset is about 25 and the Peugeot about 45mm! Citroen Berlingo is more similar, but still quite a big difference. This site is brilliant for being able to find what other cars have a similar wheel size as well as offset: https://www.wheel-size.com/ In the end, I chose not to go for a set of wheels with such a massive difference in offset and I'm getting some 940 15" wheels which are wider and allow me to fit a decent set of modern tyres instead of the old fashioned very narrow wheels.

I’ve got a set of 17” steel wheels on my 940 I’m selling soon - with tyres. Have a look in the thread of my car (pics might not work at the moment though due to photobucket).
They are Citroen C6 spare wheels, 17x7j et25 which fit on my 940 fine with just a 5mm hubcentric spacer on the front. I think they look great and would be awesome on an older car. Pic here : https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showp...80&postcount=8

Are these still available? I think these would suit my 240 project nicely and hopefully will clear my v70r brakes! Thanks Jonny |
