Yep that would do it....

If you look at the historic MPG figures for the last 10 blocks of 10 miles you can "see " the regen taking place.... I travel 120 miles A1M to mother in laws and it really jumps out when it occurred.

Cheers

Thanks Bob,

How do I do that? Not seen a historic mpg option.

its also possible that your car has been re mapped this would also affect your mpg. the scalded cat referance leeds me to think its possibly a re mapped car . dyno time would tell you whats going on good luck on your quest for mpg. my remapped 850 t5 dose 13mpg when driven hard 22 on a run ...

I did wonder that, but last car was a 163 euro 3, so it’s 40bhp up on that anyway, so that’ll make it feel quicker anyway.

It doesn’t show any checksum errors which I’d expect on a remap, unless polestar and there’s no record of that.

Spent 30 minutes taking photos and replying to your question and thinking all was well....Then decided to check on web and the dash of a 2010MY is different to the 2015MY (mine) so you don't have the infotainment screen mine does. - or the "my car" option, so you cant get the info you want...
Sorry to have raised your hopes..

Only found my error when I returned to edit my "phantom post" to try and correct my mistake.

What happened to the post I've no idea...

Cheers

That horrendous geartronic gearbox is the main culprit of the fuel consumption.
They all have it

Its one giant friction box (hence the fuel consumption) wich causes heat wich causes oil degredation combined with never replenishing the oil= broken box

So change the oil, surely - as Aisin specified but Volvo ignored. It's an automatic gearbox in a traditional style, so yes, friction's involved

A bit fed up with the AW55 bashing when it should rightly be Volvo-bashing. It gives fine service elsewhere - whose manufacturers specified a service interval, typically.
