Will it work on my 2007 sat nav screen is there a RCA video input on the screen??

Yes there is an RCA input to the screen

It can be PAL or NTSC

BUT it can onkly be switched on through a serial data message on the screen control line

So you have to take an Arduino or other microcontroller, and program it, and then intercept the line and change the data to control what you want to do

ie: requires hardware skills and software skills
