Default Reduced engine performance

Issues with Reduced engine performance 2008 S60. This keeps coming up, every 2 weeks, garage clears it and performance is not effected. Codes read at garage keeps indicating issue with air flow. This has been replaced as has throttle body just before lockdown. Car not being used as much recently....anyone have any ideas. Issues all started after having bulbs replaced in parking light and front light in February, parking light has blown again.

I read some article on Matthews volvo site about a faulty or dirty thermostat which won't let cold air into the engine and that being a common issue.
