Curious to know if that's the temperature shown on the driver's display or the one in the app? I've found that the two can vary significantly. I assume the one shown in the car is the one that decides if the heaters come on.

That sounds about right in my experience. For me it always seems to be if range is below about 60 miles which is probably about 8 litres so we seem to be in the same ball park.

Just a thought, could this issue be anything to do with Driver Profiles?
As I believe you can have the auto turn on heater seats, etc linked to a Drivers Profile, so if Mrs D has the boxes NOT ticked & Mr D has the boxes ticked ...... what driver profile is used by the car when you're auto start if from your VOC app?
a). Is it the one that was used to last lock the car?
b). The 1st named profile in the list?

It was forecasted to be frosty this morning so I dug into the climate menus and turned on the front and rear demisters and set the drivers seat and steering wheel heating.

I done a remote start and it all worked perfectly, frost gone by the time I got to the car.

Will turn it all back off in the summer when I need the remote start for cooling instead.

Its a diesel, so wont warm up in 5 minutes, hence the heated screen in lieu of the HUD.

My car had its one year service a couple of weeks ago, and it seems that now the parking climate (i have aux heater) doesn’t turn seats and wheel on any more. It definitely used to. Have they changed sonething?

Have found another thread that says it’s a bug but that “direct start” should work. It doesn’t - the aux heater seems to, but the seats/wheel don’t.

Off topic, did the software update mess up you battery range metre? and miles left on battery ?

I assume the updated software was for the recall (parking) and other things?

Haven’t noticed the battery thing going wonky. They just updated to whatever’s the latest software. They said it’d stop it running down the battery when it’s left for a week or so, which has happened to me once. Haven’t noticed anything else other than a big checklist appearing when I start up.

Have you checked the settings in Sensus to see if all the boxes are still ticked, I found sime of my setting unticked after my last service but not the seat/steering heating.
