V70 window/ mirrors driver’s door control panel

Advice please.

The above are controlled by fuse 17. I have had problems before but now major.
With fuse in door control panel does not work, neither does dashboard, trafficatotors, speedo, Rev counters etc.
If I remove fuse everything works properly except of course items that fuse controls but airbag service light is illuminated.

Any suggestions please?
