Default My first Volvo....... but certainly not my last!!!

Hi guys, i'm new! I've always loved the 480 & recently treated myself to one. She's a 1991 480es with 100k on the clock. She had one owner from new & is in pretty good nick for her age, after 3 weeks i'm now officially a Volvo convert.

Here she is.....

Linda

By the way those who moaned about my low hanging exhaust mainly hoff lol here it is now re-welded higher...

A 480 is alot more high maintenence than a 440/60-i've found that out. If you can't afford to continue your 440 project, the 480 may challenge you also!

I think thats one of the smartest standard 440's i've seen-plus you got a nice 2.0i GS too. quite a hard model to come across. I'd keep yours. Do some little mods-disconnected the headlamp wash/wipes and fill the holes, get the bumper/side trims and sill extensions colourcoded. Just those little things will make a big difference. You can pick up springs for about £80-get a 40mm set and lower it yourself-it's surprisingly easy! I learnt in a day on my own on my first 440.

I think you have such a nice 440 there, it'd be a shame to give it up! Stick at it, you know you want to

And here's a couple of mine too. I know i post just pictures alot of the time, but hardly any of me 480 Turbo. So there she be! Parked with a mates 480 too.
