Default Windscreen wipers stuck

Went to use my wipers this morning but they were stuck, they'd twitch but not move. I left it 10 minutes and tried again and they were okay, so could be a jammed motor.

But where is the motor, and is there anything in the wiper system that I should be lubricating?

Fairly easy job...although you may need a puller to remove the wiper arms they can get really stuck on the splines.
