What is this part and where is it located

I tried to remove wipe arm blade this afternoon, after I tightened blade nut on driver side, I saw below part (plastic cover with sign) came out, I tried to find its location and put it back, but could not figure out.

Anyone know what is it and where it is located?

2003 XC90 T6, I searched online Volvo all parts diagram, but could not find it.

Had a good look at my blades - there is a cap over the nut at the base of the arm, but mine don't look like the one you found.
Then mine is a later model XC90.

It is too big for the nut at the base of arm.
