& Reads the "850 Section .. You'll know I recently "Aquired" this ....

As you can see its an 850 GLT but has 960 Alloys fitted..

Now Then .. To me ...

A. They "Look Wrong"

B. They "Feel Wrong"

C. They just "Aint Right"

So Does anyone want em ??? or has a set of 850 alloys they want rid of ??? From looking at them I "Suspect" they have Spacers fitted.

If someone "Gives" me a set of 850 Wheels/Tyres then I will "Give" them this set of wheels in return ...

The Tyres looks Brand New & hardly worn ....

PM me if yer interested..

Thanks

Keith

(I will now Sculk off back to me own bit of the forum!!! LOL!!!)

I know this might sound daft, but to me the spokes are leaning the wrong way. I'll bet the nearside looks better. Are they 'handed' by any chance and you have left on right? They don't look right to me either, but hey, what do I know?

I did a little work in Corel Photo Shop and although I haven't done a 'professional job', I think this shows what I was referring to in my previous post.

If I remember rightly those are early 960 wheels which were actually the same offset as 700s and 940s.

It's the later 960 wheels that fit the 850/SVC/70 range properly...

These wheels don't need spacers, if anything they will sit out too far on an 850, by about 25mm

However, I'm coming to New cass el (Newcastle) next Sunday, and I've a set of 16" 850 AWD wheels I'd swap, all tyres have about 3mm of tread on them.

Drop me a pm if you're interested...

These....

I very much doubt that your wheels should be handed.I have two hydras fitted to my 240 on the rear and only one side looks right to me,but theres not a lot you can do about it.

Regards Brian.
