Thanks for all the replys, I was not sure what to go for and I looked at loads of wheels before I decided to go for something simple.

They do them in anthracite which I thought would look cool on the black car....but I was just not sure.....bit of a bold statement.

I think they are Volvo fit ford replicas, there is no spacers and the offset is good.

The insurance did not change as it was 18's that were on before, they just asked how much they cost and said it was ok. (they're must behappy as the set of 4 was the same price as 1 medusa from volvo)

as for a set of OZ's, they would be lighter.....and more expensive

I dont mind saying...they were £415 that was for the 4 wheels included fitting my old tyres, ballancing, valves and centre caps.

These were the other ones that I was looking at, the 3rd ones are the same wheels I got but finished in Anthracite:

I was thinking of black, and then painting roof rails and wing mirrors gloss black. My v50 is the very light silver so thinking fully black will be just a little too heavy thou. So going anthracite on wheels but still gonna do the roof rails and mirrors black gloss as a kinda opposite to the r-design chrome

Looks good, would look a little better if you replaced the center caps with the new design ones though rather than the older black Volvo ones.
