Can any one tell me when the Oxford meeting will be please is it this year
or next year.

I'd be up for a meet in Oxford this year, maybe towards the end of November, beginning of December?

Why don't you put forward some dates and see what happens?

Its only a suggestion how about getting christmas out the way and have a new year meeting in January is that ok with everyone.

Well, personally I'd like to meet up with everyone again before Christmas - maybe as a Christmas meet.

How does everyone else feel? We could have an Oxford meet at the end of Jan or something?

Anyone any ideas for a venue for a Christmas VUM?

Ok joo lets see how every body else feels about meeting up before Christmas at the trout inn Wolvercote as suggested by pyaap, I dont mind if its this year or next.

I could be up for a pre xmas oxford meet as well....

Apparently IC has agreed to dress up as Father Christmas and hand out presents to all the forum members who have been good this year!
