Default Car locking

Hi everyone

Today when locking the car (V70 T5 2005) i realised that the indicators do not blink. although the car does lock, i need to visually check each time i lock and that is a bit of a pain. Unlocking however is as usual with a double blink

Any clues?

thanks

The lack of a single flash at locking time means that one or more of the conditions for setting the alarm have not been met.
Usually, it's the bonnet switch not closing correctly and an opening and slamming of the bonnet itself will sometimes reset it, but the correct procedure is to plug in VIDA and let the car tell you what's wrong.
