Default Head light adjusters

Hi all I am new to the forum so thought I would say hello and also ask a question:
It is coming upto mot time for my 2003 S60 and last year the heavy handed mot tester said "here mr your offside headlight adjuster is broken"
Well I dont think it was broke before says I, anyway the fact of the matter is the offside headlight aim is slightly higher then the near side.
Can you buy just the adjuster? is it easy enough to fit? how do you do it? I am fairly competant with a spanner in my hand, (mecanical engineer non motor trade!!)
I would rather somebody give me some advise rather then go at it like a bull in a china shop so to speak!!!
Many thanks for your help Capt..

Hi,littlle bit fiddly to do these, good used headlamps for these are thin on the ground so it's unlikely anyone will split an adjuster from a good one, however,i always keep any damaged lamps that come in for this reason so if you gat stuck,pm me.Oh,and don't whatever you do try to remove the glass lens to get at it better, they are bonded on and are not detachable!
Hope this helps,adam.
