breaking 740 estate ,manual ,b230K engine

Breaking the above .
Engine has low compression, not due to valves, so not worth repair.
Has some remarkably good parts though,
Pierburg 2b7 carb overhauled and with some spares
Good front brakes and discs,overhauled
Have not examined rear but could probably overhaul them if wanted.
Good serviceable suspension all round
Nearly new exhaust
Engine ancillaries ok, except suspect alternator not up to scratch
Think cylinder head good as tests indicate bore wear or rings,not valves
Good manual gearbox and power train
New engine gasket set.
Instrument panel not working, but free if it supplies parts needed
All light units good
Wings not bad with one small patch of rust
I had assumed that the poor compression was due to valves so was on the way to putting it back on the road then found out it is not worth it.
Colour is black
Hope the parts will be of use to other 740 users

Have got a decent offer from a dismantler for the whole car so no longer available for breaking on the forum
