Question V50 Euro 5 Throttle Body Problem

Morning All.
I am suffering from a sort of limp mode. Little power but not near as bad as limp mode itself.
I have discovered that inside the euro 5 throttle body which my volvo has that there is a sort of rack and pinion cog set up for moving the valve i think. But the teeth have broken so its now sliping. Hence the lower power.

Does anyone know if i can get my hands on the cog section alone, or do i need to chase down a full throttle body?
Cheers
Scott

Cheers for that info. Hopefully I can pick one up a bit cheaper than the main stealers.
Do you know is this called the throttle body, or thermal housing?

I had the exact same problem ( http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=182190 ) luckily enough I was offered a brand new one from a forum member. They are expensive from main dealer but I was offered a salvaged one for £80 delivered I just filled in one of these online breakers part request forms, you could also check on eBay.

How do you file the flap down? Is it removable?
