I can hardly believe it but my 1968 122S has just started after standing in my garage for about a year.

It started on the third turn of the key!!!

If ever I needed the inspiration to get her back on the road, this was it. A few months of welding await!!

Just a short note to wish you luck with the project. I bought my 1968 123 in a similar state and although I didn't do the work myself got it back on the road almost a year ago and it has been providing excellent service since.

Maybe we will see some queries and updates as you progress?
