Default 340 service bulletin

Hello ,
Many years ago i remember a service bulletin about hesitation with the B14.. when cruising with minimal throttle it was ok but if you want to gently increase speed and open the throttle just a touch there would be hesitation and jerkyness, open the throttle more and you could get through it .
Obliviously the mixture was either too rich or too weak in that area , There was a service bulletin to change one of the main jets , I cannot remember which one or to what size , Has anyone a collection of old service bulletins they could look for me?
Many thanks !
