Default How to fit rear bump rubbers

My V70 AWD is splitting the rear bump rubbers ( item 19 on the attached drawing) Anyone ever replaced these items. Vida shows the attached drawing under the spares tab, but under the replacement tab item 19 is shown as a bolt through item, which it is not.
I suspect they will be a little similar to replacing a brake piston seal, in that you have to go round and round pushing it a little further down until its seated into a retaining groove. Knowledge of this fact would be appreciated.

Cheers
Bob

I have recently done them on my v70 not an AWD but your parts diagram looks very similar, they just push in , and locate with a lip in a groove , quite easy really
