Default S40 radio (CR-902)

Hi All,

Does anybody have drawing/guide or any helpful advice how to install CR-902 radio to S40 '99 if all cable:speaker, power, etc. is cut? So there is no connector on the cables.

Thanks,
Lala

Hi,is that a volvo radio? If it is then it's very simple-just pull the old one out and slot the new one in.The connectors should be the same.If not then you can get an adaptor from a car audio specialist-I've just installed a JVC cd system in my V40 using one of these-took 5 minutes to do.Good luck.J.

I think you might need a professional (or skilled amateur) in-car entertainment man for this one.

Woops!silly me!festive spirit and all that! Will try posting a diagram later-if I can find it.However, you would better taking it to a specialist-it only takes them half an hour to do and it won't cost too much.
all the best

Hello again,Lala
There is a wiring diagram on page 12:38 in the Haynes manual that would be useful to you-can't upload it for copyright reasons.Hope you get it sorted out.
