  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default What tool did you use?

Howdy,

Need to replace the globes that light up the headlight switch in dash.
Used a mini screw driver to loosen the globe but they are still stuck in there postion.
Tried to use a paperclip no go.
Twezzers nope.
Will try long nose pliers with the point bit ffaces down.

So what tool did you use that worked?

Default What tool did you use?

I was lucky I guess and used a flat blade screwdriver that was nice snug fit in the lamp, so when I retracted the driver, the lamp unit was attached.

I think on one of them though, a gentle knock into the palm of my hand was required.
