Hello Dave,

Sorry to hear about your back. For many years I had back problems.

I came across this

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Healing-Bac...c=1&th=1&psc=1

it helped me, hope it can help you too.

I'm cleaning my fuses with a brass brush as I type.

Cheers Dave, thanks for getting back so quickly.

All the best.

Steve

Dave,

Wonderful news, it's working.

As suggested I cleaned the fuses, every single one.

I used a brass brush and isopropyl.

Many thanks Dave.

All the very best.

Glad you got it sorted Steve, i had a feeling it would be something simple.

Thanks for the book idea, i'll look later but i dislocated L3, 4 and 5 many moons ago and i now have disc disease in the discs around them. It doesn't help that i walk lopsided either!

I've found the best way is a continual cycle of risk assessment and avoidance but occasionally (as happened this time) a freak unplanned movement causes me problems.

Hello Dave,

A classic case of complicating the problem and overlooking the basics.

I've got a good feeling this time.

Sorry to hear about your back. It sounds extremely painful. I hope that life gets better for you.

Best wishes

Steve
