Default Door Trim Clips

Just a quick one. The side door trim (thin bit running the length fo the car) needs to come off for a clean and new clips because most of them are busted/substituted for silicone adhesive by the last owner. Which are the right ones?

Any of these? https://www.classicvolvoparts.co.uk/...ps_and_Fixings.
Or perhaps these? http://www.skandix.de/en/search/?q=trim%20clip&k=1226

I'm at a bit of a loss.

Thanks,

Alex
