Default Molentocht Goes

I put this heading on last year to see if anyone was interested in it or had any info but no replies so let me tell you a little about it as I have had to do a bit of research on it. Molentocht means windmill and Goes is the place in Zeeland, Southern Holland where the Rally is held. It is always the third weekend in May and I found out about it when I had an Austin Seven as they send about 26 cars across each year. It involves a drive around the windmill area on the Sunday but also they put events on for the British contingent. Last year they had to close the entries when it got to 300 cars from across Europe. They are now taking bookings for this year and I am number 83 having just booked. My Son is taking his P1800 going from Harwich and I am taking my 122s from Hull. The distance from Rotterdam to Goes is only about 70 miles. We are in fact going for a week as it's such a lovely area. Anyone interested just put Molentocht Goes in Google and you will find the website with lots of pics about last year.
