Angry Engine problem when cold

Hello I have a early 2019 XC40 D4 Inscription Auto. that had an emap problem back in September 2022 which was repaired, so they say. Since then, although it might a coincidence, the engine when cold and driven at 30 mph or slower because of a speed limit outside my home, after arouind half a mile the engine becomes very lumpy, This happens for around 150 metres then clears, it make the car shudder. It does not happen when the car is driven at around 40mph from a start. Volvo Technical are saying this is a characteristic on the model. If this is the case why did it not happen prior to September 2022. Any ideas please because the dealership does not have a clue. Thanks
