Default newbie with a v70 question

At the tender age of 44 and just bought my first volvo.
2001 v70 2400cc.
196000miles

Over the moon with it.
£150 can't be bad for it.

Anyway,,,,,
I noticed today while tightening the rear wheels that there seems to be some play in a bush.
It looks like the top arm and the front bush (close to the rear seats)
I can see no info.anywhere on buying the bush or on replacing it.
Has anyone done this job?

I'm a mechanic and will do it myself but to find nothing on line for some guidance

Thanks in advance
Martin

Bargain price

If its the bushes on the upper control arm then you need to drop the whole subframe assembly to the deck to do this job.

By chance a fellow on here has a guide on how to change these, and from memory not the easiest of tasks!
He posted his procedure in this thread....http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=228837

edit; Just checked, he (b1mcp) did mention getting pics but now i remember he posted them on someone elses thread, this is for the lower bush nearest the sills. May be handy for you.
