Default Volvo b230ft exhaust manifold laser cut flange

I am getting a custom manifold made for my volvo 940 and am getting a laser cut flange at 10mm thick.

I am unsure on price. But can get more made if anyone was interested in doing there own manifolds ?

Let me know interest and I will find out price.

Cheers.

I have had one cut for myself. Have gone down the route of making each port a single flange. So effectively 4 single flanges em rather than one big one. Makes them cheaper. If you really wanted it to be once peice you could weld bar between them.

Probably still in the region of £70 + postage

So let me know interest. It's not just material that's the cost. The original cad drawing takes time too.

Cheers.
