How old is your car? Mine was built in late November and registered March 1st and has had the latest update. Since that update it has been perfect. Only issue I had before was the map car location being wrong periodically [serious issue when away from home area] and a duff battery.

whenever an XC90 goes into a dealer for software related work it MUST come out fully updated , It is easy for them to check ... Maybe they did that which would have fixed the problem ? They can only be aware of fixes if they follow the correct procedures and read their bulletins .

It had just had a vddm update to fix sensus which was regularly freezing. The first error came when driving car home and took it straight back.

Today the whole of sensus shutdown and then so did the driver information display during a drive so will have to call them. It's a MY16.
