Default injector connector

How can the terminals be removed from the injector connector safely?
Just pulling?

Most electrical connectors have a small 'barb' on the metal contact part. Sometimes it's visible from the outside of the plastic bit, but often these days they are internally held. The former can be released with a pin but the internal ones need a really thin 'prodder'. To fit between the plastic and the metal contact from the end of the connector, the tools are available on eBay or Amazon.
Of course if the exit side wires have been sealed, replacement of the entire connector will probably be required.
