On Call Login Problems
Is anybody else having problems with Volvo On Call logging out after a couple of days?
When I try to log in with the correct password it says it’s incorrect, then locks my account, but if I try again the next day it sometimes logs in. The password is definitely correct. I’ve emailed the app support twice but they haven’t responded. It’s so frustrating especially when I finish a shift at 03:00 and want to de-fog and warm up my car with remote start! |

Nope, haven't had that personally so it doesn't appear there is a widespread issue.
If you are mostly trying it at 3AM then you could be hitting the window of time used for scheduled maintenance and outages of the system (i.e. when they expect the fewest people to be using it) resulting in odd behaviour. Or does this happen regardless of time? Does your password have any special characters which are, for some reason, allowed some of the time but not others? Can't help much I'm afraid but would try the standard troubleshooting steps of: - Restart your phone. - Empty the cache of the VOC app AND/OR Uninstall and reinstall the app. - Reset your password to something completely different. |

Agree with above posting in general. Couple of other comments that would help a better response: 1. What phone type and OS installed are you using? 2. Does your phone and/or Car have network signal strength when you trying at 3am. Next time when it fails to connect at work, suggest without changing anything that you repeat the same process when you are home with car locked, etc.
