Mines missing,no way of telling if ecu has been re mapped unless sent to a re map company and read.
Its the bleed valve thats producing the power, take it off and fit a normal hose between it and you will see.
HKS stage 4,the hole engine would of been upgraded and I would of expected well over 300 bhp as stage 1 ecu re map only produces 260-280bhp.

hi. dont mean to be a party pooper, but after reading your posts on turning boosts high, it knackers the con rods and your engine will not last 5 mins if its too high.
just thought id mention it if you didnt already know

I totally agree, big boost = big power but only if the engine up to it, it's to easy rising the boost using a crude MBC and feeling the extra rush of power BUT if you go past the std ECUs ability to add the correct fuel you WILL melt pistons through detonation and rods are weak on these engines so unless you've got H beam rods I'd be very careful taking the boost up , the only safe way to seriously increase boost is to build a strong engine and re-map fueling/ignition to suit the new boost level, even then the std turbo and injector size will be an issue, if your not building the engine then the best solution is to either limit your MBC extra boost by using a proper boost gauge and wideband lambda sensor, this means setting a small increase that keeps the fueling something like and sticking to it, or fitting proper ECU up grade that alters the fuel and ignition maps to suit your disired boost level, the differance between a £30 boost controler and a £300 re-map my seem alot but it's not compard to the cost of a engine rebiuld.

How are you adding extra fuel, or are you relying on lambda to adjust the fueling?...I would not be confident a stock map would be able to cope with the type of fueling change your engine will be experiencing...
