I did. They don't fit. Correct width metal part, but don't click in to the Volvo buckle and the Volvo seat belt metal clip is too thick for the extender's receiver.

Bought the US one which is apparently assured to work and free returns if any issue.

I had to buy one for my[at the time]XJ6 for my late partners use.I bought one from e-bay but when I did so I had to measure not only the width of the buckle but the length of the tongue and also the size of the hole in the middle to make sure I got the correct one for the car.
