Default Are S60 & V70 2.0T oil filler cap seals the same?

Hi all,

I'm looking at replacing my PCV system on my 2005 S60 2.0T, and the oil filler cap seal needs replacing.

I'm looking at Partsforvolvosonline.com and they don't have the correct seal for the S60 but do for the P2 V70.

https://www.partsforvolvosonline.com...oducts_id=5203

Can I use this part? Or can anyone point me in the direction of where to get the correct one if not?

Also me being cheeky here but I can't find any fuel injector seals either so if anyone knows of another UK based parts supplier let me know. I would use SKANDIX but the delivery costs from Germany is a bit much.

Cheers

The oil filler cap is common to the petrol engines used across the S60 & V70 P2 engine range, no idea about the diesels or the R variants.

A quick short-term fix can be carried out by removing the existing seal, turning it over and refitting which will give you a good enough seal until the replacement arrives.

A similar fix can be achieved with the power steering pump reservoir cap seal.
