Default 05 plate V70 rear wiper - which hand?

Some kind soul snapped my rear wiper arm housing. The blade inside is fine.
When I look on tinterweb for a replacement, they all seem to rest to the right / offside of the car. Mine rests on the left….???
Cheers

Someone or something snapped mine a while ago too!

I bought a cheap new replacement one but be warned - they are flimsy and dont clear the screen effectively.

I have now bought a used OEM replacement. The new OEM ones are about £60!

Earlier P2 cars rest on the left, facelift P2 cars (circa 05 onwards ?) rest on the right and are a different design.

Try main dealer first for price and part number, if too expensive try e-bay/online breakers or motor factors.

My 03 and 04 pre-face lift V70s both had the arm rest on the right.

Maybe the change is earlier ? My MY 02 is on the left and my facelift MY 06 is on the right. Both V70 D5.

After a quick look on AutoTrader it seems the swap happened between 02 and 03. I guess they changed wiper motors
