Default Worth a punt ?

I have been looking for an xc90 T8 , found one but my budget would not run to it. Today on Autotrader I have found a reasonably local dealer with a XC90 hybrid for sale . A 2017 R-Design (Jan reg) with full service history at 28990. My problem is it has done around 100k . I have never owned such a high mileage car and the car I am looking to trade in only has 40k on the clock.
Am I mad to even consider them ? Will they cost me too much in putting stuff right ? I know the old Volvo 'flying wardrobes' went on forever but these are a different generation of car - and just shy of 30k is a lot of money for a car !
Guidance and views welcome.

Hi
Reg No HG66MHO
Looks a great motor, but being a very technical piece of kit you will need forum owners with T8 to comment, hence the below.
One comment I will make it that whilst it looks pretty good, if you do go ahead I would 100% recommend the purchase of an extended comprehensive warranty as when things go wrong then the possible cost is pretty expensive.

To help others give you comments, I have added the auto trader link below.

If you don't get too many comments in the next couple of days, then I suggest you post the above on the main thread of this forum as this is a little sub-section that does not get too many views.

If it was an oil burner I'd say go for it, but hybrid? Possible be ok.
