Since I'm utterly useless with computers and can't manage links/attachments et al I have bumped this to tie some photos of my car (Ingrid) to the Southwold meet on Sunday.

Alice has posted hers on the amazon Facebook page if you are on there. I did not take many in the end as not as good as her ❤️
Thankfully the weather held out, well for us as started raining when we were on the way home

Hi Simon,

Don't do FB I'm afraid but most will and can benefit from Alice's pics.

Simon, so sorry I never got round to chatting with you and Jane, I didn't get to chat to half the people I had hoped to.

I also encountered the torrential downpour of the return journey just a few mins from home.

When do you hope to have Gracie back on the road?

James.

That is a shame, she does not have a website just Facebook. I know Chis gave her a card so some may be in the next driver mag.
As for Gracie she has been painted just a couple of little bits to do then put back together. Lockdown has not helped plus we have added bits. Have at last given in to the roof rack, metal colour code sun visor, extra lights plus dash cam can be wired in. Fingers crossed will be home soon as have a caravan meet in a couple of months and it would be nice to get them back together.

Hi Simon,

Alice said Chris was keen to get some articles for Driver mag, so we are getting our heads together as we have 3 Amazon's between us and live maybe just 5 miles from each other.

I could probably create enough Amazon talk to send an insomniac to the land of nod.

A fair bit of time without your baby, but she will be back before you know it, hopefully in time for a show or two this summer? Ingrid was gone for around 8 months, and at the time I had only just got her back on the road two-three weeks beforehand, following a 2 year lay up. It's why I bought Alice my med Blue 131.

Alice is looking at doing a photo shoot collection of girlie Volvo owners for chis, she has asked who is interested. Went and saw Gracie this morning the interior is being fitted and odd bits still to do, she is looking like a car again
