S40 V40: - '01 V40 Front Lower Ball Joint and ARB Dust Covers MoT Fail!

Okay,

I am noticing a theme on here after research.

My 2001 V40, 1.9D has just failed it's MoT

Two of the fails seem familiar, and are described as such -

Code:

Nearside Front Lower Suspension arm Ball Joint Dust Cover excessively damaged.

Nearside front Anti Roll Bar Ball Joint Dust cover excessively damaged.

What's the cheapest decent fix for these fails?

Can anyone say with any certainty which of these will fit my needs?
