I'm in need of a Right hand suspension strut for a ABS model, the one with a hole for a wheel speed sensor.
Any condition considered.
Thanks in advance.

You've obviously an inquisitive mind.
I'm keen to try messing around with data logging and traction control, for which I would like to use both front wheel speeds. For some long forgotten reason I already have one ABS strut, so need another to make a pair.

In fairness it was an unusual request, roused my curiosity. Good luck with the data logging, for traction control though are you not also going to need independent rear wheel speed sensors too?

Yes, ideally individual sensors per wheel. But it can work with the single differential sensor fitted to the 240. I'll work out logging first and then decide what to do.

Sounds like a plan! If it's any help i have an ABS ECU from a late 940 complete with plug - you'd obviously need the compatible modulator block if you wanted to go down the route of adding ABS to integrate with traction control (easier to control just one brake on a driven axle to increase traction) but the other option is find a scrap 240 and transplant the ABS system.
