Default Volvo 740 B230F parts needed

Hi all,

Looking for a front drivers seat belt, and the pipe work between the MAF and the throttle body.

Anyone breaking a 740 with these parts?

Thanks

Have you got a photo of the part you need?

I think this is the hose in question Luke :

Photo borrowed from Chris' other thread (Bringing a 740 back to life) so should be either the correct hose or likely he needs that one too!

Talking of seat belts, are 940 belts longer than 760 belts, particularly the drivers one?

Depending on the age of your 740 the seatbelt design/fiirings changed a couple or more times during the production run.

Sorry for the delay.

I have attached the 2 pictures of the hose I need for the engine.

Its the main hose which runs from the MAF sensor into the engine. There are also 2 hoses which branch off which I need as well. it appears they are quiet brittle and there is a hole which someone has bodged with some black sticky glue.

Check the width of the tongue on your existing seat belt Chris, it will be either 22 or 25mm. If it's 25mm and the new one is 22mm, although it will fit in the buckle it will be loose and sloppy and probably fail the MoT.

Obviously if yours is 22mm and that's 25mm, it won't go in.

Wise to check the new one on arrival so you don't go to the trouble of removing the seat and B pillar trim to change it only to find it won't fit once installed!
