Default Can a wider track reduce the turning circle

I saw discs to put in between brake disc and wheel to give the car a wider track. This would move the tyre away from the inner wheel arch when turning at full lock and maybe even allow to use thinner lock stops.

Has anyone used anything like this?

A number of people seem to have done this to stop the lower profile tyres rubbing on the wheel arch liner. It would work as you describe though, although I am unsure as to the extent it would be successful.

wheel spacer as there called, would strongly recomend against, will cause premature wear on wheel bearings and suspension, also can cause handling problems as the wheel off set is not matched to the extra track.
