Default Camshaft belt replacement period

My dealer has informed me my car needs a replacement cam shaft belt at 61,000miles/9 years service. The car is a V70,MY2010,SEL, 5cyl,2.4D. According to my copy of the Volvo Routine Service Checklist the belt should be changed at 10yrs/108,000miles. The dealer wants £600-700 to do it. Are they having me on?

I'd phone another dealer and check with them.
