1990 Volvo 760 turbo diesel saloon for sale
After much thought, I’ve decided to sell my H reg Volvo 760 turbo diesel intercooler automatic. This car has served me very well this year and have covered around 7000 miles in 6 months.
The car has only covered 100,000 miles from new, with extensive service history in the original Volvo folder and manuals. It has been been very well looked after with a lot of Volvo receipts from 1991 onwards. This is shown as t he original Volvo care cassette is still in the book along with 2 keys etc. In the time I’ve had it I’ve done: Full service Gearbox oil service Coolant change New brake pads all around New brake master cylinder New brake fluid New fuel pump pump drive belt (Set with guage) The previous owner told me that he had done the cambelt prior to be purchasing the car. New rocker cover gasket New auxiliary drive belts MOT. Exterior: The exterior is in overall good condition, there’s a few dents etc on the front wings but no major corrosion (see photos). It is completely original with original plates in the back and tool kit in the boot with 2 spare alloy wheels. It has good tyres on the back, fairly new with winter tyres on the front. Interior: The interior is also in good condition with heated black leather seats which are very comfortable. It comes with: air conditioning, climate control, the original graphic equaliser which still works, electric sunroof. The roof lining is in great condition, a velvet like material which is carried on to the a pillars and rear parcel shelf. The only thing letting the interior down is the rear seat, before me the owner had a dog, which has ripped the rear seat in a couple of places, I was going to replace this but struggled to find one, the front seats are fine. It also has the original winter trays. Mechanically: Mechanically the car is excellent, I’ve travelled everywhere this summer including a 400 mile trip to York and the Volvo meet at cosford in August and has never let me down and managed 44mpg that day. The reason for sale is that I’m not covering a lot of miles anymore and is an excellent motorway cruiser, it’s a real shame that I have to let it go but would be a great enthusiast car especially with only 100,000 on the clock and along with all the history. Viewings are welcome, located near pontefract. £2000 If anyone is interested please feel free to message on 07960 047896 Thanks for looking |
