V40 1.9D Rear Shock Absorber

Would Prefer a pair to keep them matched but one will do, alternatively i need the bush that fits to the bottom of the shock as thats all that i have a problem with, also need instruction on how to fit the bush

ok its not the suspension thats making a noise...

the mechanic drove it off the ramps and it made the thud noise, too many people have looked at the car now and cant find its fault
