hi,just wondering if this welding is factory weld or my car was before involve in accident and repaired without records?please have a look at thic photos

It doesn't look like a factory weld to me, so your assumption may be correct. I would get it independently inspected.

hi,thanks guys for answer and still hope someone else could check his s60 ii or v60 too,so could be sure for 100%that wasn't repaired

Just been out to check my 2011 V60. My welds are not as corroded, but are in exactly the same place as yours, so you're probably safe.

I spotted similar " quality " welds two years ago when I bought mine. I injected some motorbike chain wax to stop water collecting inside and resist corrosion.
