VOC app woes

Has anyone heard word from Volvo as to how long it’s going to take to fix whatever the problem is with the VOC app? I haven’t been able to remote start for weeks (first world problems huh). Have updated to the latest iOS version of the app but still no joy.

I did read somewhere about a bunch of electric XC40s sitting in a port somewhere and I can’t help feeling the issues we’re experiencing are somehow related - as in maybe Volvo tried to update the app but somehow borked it for everyone else.

Seems to be working for me. I just turned my car on and turned it back off again.
