Front bumper paint protector

Oh mine.. Less than 2 months owning the car and noticed a few stone chips in front of the car!!! Daily M25 runs not going to help.

Anyone has any recommendation on any type of "sticker" protector for the front?

Hi, I would recommend having your bumper professionally wrapped, window tinting outfits can often offer this sevice. When properly wrapped in clear tough plastic you won't know it's been applied and will last as long as you own the car. Volvo clearcoat is nearly as hard as that used by German car manufacturers, but alas it is not stone proof.

PPF (paint protection film) is what you want. Any decent detailer will supply and fit it. Sadly, the best idea is to get it done before picking up stone chips!!

Do you do whole car or just front bumper and bonnets

Is it expensive

Thanks for all the replies. Actually it's not the bumper I need to protect (sorry for the misleading title). It's the area right above the grill. The bumper it's "Ok" because I know if that goes too bad, we can change it. It's the long area right above the grill that is flush with the front bonet.

I might have a look at those paint protection film and see if I can get a custom cut for that area...

Look up helicopter tape on eBay

I use it to protect the bottom most-protruding parts of the bumper from scuffs..
